Bunrith and David called when they were en route and arrived well within the 2 hour window I was promised. They quickly confirmed my suspicion that I had a broken spring on my garage door. They completed my repair quickly and efficiently, and completed some much-needed maintenance including lubricating tracks, hinges, etc. They got everything lined up so that the door is closing and sealing on the bottom much better than it had been prior to the spring repair. When it was all done, they explained all of their work and went over all the things I should be doing to properly maintain my garage door. Both Bunrith and David we're courteous, professional, well informed about the work that they do, and very efficient in completing the repair quickly. I would highly recommend their service and I will definitely be calling them again when my garage door opener inevitably bites the dust.

I HIGHLY recommend this company to have your garage door serviced. By far the best customer service i have gotten from any home service company out there. The whole process was smooth. Very responsive, they kept me informed all through out and the technicians are simply very professional, polite and courteous. I wish i remember the names of the 2 techs that came first for the estimate. Ledo and Rick came over for the install and they did an amazing job. Very detail oriented individuals, that take pride in the work they do. Will use again and recommend them. Call them you wont be dissappointed.

I had called Innovative Door Systems to come out and put in a garage door opener. They came out and shared some recommendations, without being pushy, on some problems that I may want to address in the future. They installed the new opener and made sure to go over all the features, especially the safety features. I was overly satisfied with their knowledge and honesty. I am so happy with the work that Bunrith and David performed, and the knowledge I gained, and without a doubt would not hesitate to call them again!

All the guys that came out were safe, fast, and friendly. I teach from home and was mid lesson when they got here so they asked me to leave the garage open and they could start without me having to stop my lesson. He was just finishing up when I finished teaching. Highly recommend!

The process to get our new garage door went very smoothly. Nick called before coming, showed up on time, and was very informative. We had to change the installation date a couple of times and Nick was very flexible. The installation crew, Ledo and David, called before coming, they completed the job quickly and neatly. They were very friendly and polite and went over the warranty policy with me. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone else.

I've had not only my garage door opener replaced but also the entire garage door. On both occasions the technicians did an excellent job at the installation and the post installation of explaining to me how everything worked. They cleaned up after they complete the job and made me feel that I certainly did get the service that I was promised at the price that was also promised before hand. Both Ledo and David were outstanding in doing the installation and I certainly appreciate it the brief discussion after the installation as well. In my opinion, this is a top notch company to do business with!
